Working with Zig-Zag, CMJ and Spanish Communication firm Bolloré, we designed, and built the web presence for the zigzag live concert series. Presented with extremely short deadlines and the need to have a site that could be extended and updated easily by the client, we turned to using a highly customized Wordpress theme, which used select plugin’s and almost an entirely custom built front-end using the wordpress API. It features standards compliant XHTML, CSS with JavaScript progressive enhancement for richer interactions and Flash elements. The site has been live since 2006 and continues to expand and grow with both visitor generated and zigzag music content.
