Client Partner

Responsibilities

  • Support new business development via a consultative selling approach (e.g., real-time problem solving with C-Level executives, crafting potential solutions leveraging deep understanding of the SoLoMo digital space).
  • Cultivate and grow trusted client relationships by providing strategic direction and guidance during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify value-added opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Media Hive’s services within existing client base.
  • Collaborate well with client stakeholders and 3rd party brand and creative design agencies.

Requirements

Demandware Sr. Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business-side objectives into a solid information architecture and detail functional requirements to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Demandware eCommerce systems
  • Directly assist clients with end-to-end eCommerce solutions on the Demandware platform, including its Catalog Management, Payment Processing, Order Management, and Call Center Integration
  • Collaborate with Client Partner, Project Manager, and UI / Dev team members on successful delivery of projects
  • Mentor and lead junior developers
  • Assist, as needed, on new business calls, proposal development and client pitches

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in systems architecture and eCommerce development
  • Experience with technologies including application servers, enterprise application integration, security, performance & scalability
  • Knowledge of eCommerce best practices

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with Client Partner, UI & Development Leads to gather project requirements and determine scope, timing and budget

• Break down project into next steps and deliverables, assign tasks to team members and follow through

• Schedule all internal reviews and team meetings as necessary

• Communicate regularly with client-side teams, vendors, and software partners to provide status updates

• Take ownership of the project from beginning to end, coordinating the team to meet deadline and budget

 

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly with eCommerce initiatives

• Experience using Basecamp, SVN, and online ticketing & task management software such as Intervals or Zendesk

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

HTML / CSS Expert

  • Work within a team environment, supporting Senior User Interface Developers
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and client partners
  • Proactively report on your progress to team leaders and participate in status calls/meetings, as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; XML and HTML5 is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of W3C Web Standards
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
  • Experience working with version control systems such as Git and SVN
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients, partners and internal staff alike
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to gain expertise with new technologies
